… if you see him can you tell him to get back here pronto? I really need his help.
*sighs*
Camp NaNoWriMo was a disaster. Far from cruising through the 50,000 words that I set myself (I was starting with 12,000 words) I found myself falling further and further behind.
The story was moving along, words were getting written, just not enough to hit the 50K mark. On my best day I managed 1,500. So I gave up trying to compete with myself and just concentrated on writing. I managed to crack 20,000 words on the last day of the month and had to be satisfied with that.
I’m not giving up on this one. I’m sure that “Teacups & Time Travel” can be a good story, I’m 25,000 words in and the story is starting to open up. It’s just a matter of time.
I just need that fluffy reprobate of a dragon to come home and help.
